BHS 50th All-Year Reunion – Register & Buy Tickets
Tickets
for the BHS 50th All-Year Reunion can be purchased securely on-line or
by printing off a mail-in registration form.
All BHS Grads,
Current Staff, Former Staff, or Former Students can
attend the reunion, even if you left BHS before graduation. If you did
leave before graduation, select the Grad Year that you would have
graduated from BHS.
To
encourage early purchase, an Early-Bird package is available. Tickets
that are purchased online or by mail and are fully paid for by April
30th 2008 will be entered into a draw to win 2 nights accommodation for
the Reunion – Friday October 10th & Saturday October 11th 2008 at the
Holiday Inn in Pointe Claire, QC. The accommodation will be for one
regular room for those two nights only and is not transferable or able
to be exchanged.
In
addition to the Early-Bird draw, the Early-Bird package is at a reduced
price of $40.00 per person, and includes the Sunday October 12th 2008
Hot & Cold Breakfast Buffet at the Holiday Inn in Pointe-Claire at no additional
charge for each adult ticket purchased by May 31st 2008, as well as
additional Early-Bird items such as food and drink tickets and reunion
souvenirs.
NOTE TO STAFF &
FORMER STAFF:
Staff or former Staff
that register for the reunion will NOT be charged for their ticket, but
will need to pay for any adult guest tickets, as well as Sunday
Breakfast Buffet tickets for themselves and any guests. Staff should still
register online or by mail-in so that they are registered for the
reunion.
After
May 31st 2008, the ticket price will increase to $50.00 per person and
will NOT include the Sunday Breakfast Buffet which will be available for
a cost of $13.00 per person.
The
reunion will be held over the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend – Friday
October 11th – Sunday October 12th 2008 at Beaconsfield High School in
Beaconsfield, QC. In order to ensure that families are able to attend
the reunion and still be able to travel home to spend Thanksgiving with
friends or family, the Reunion is scheduled to end with an optional
Sunday Breakfast Buffet at the Holiday Inn in Pointe Claire, QC. Reunion
attendees can travel home on Sunday morning and still have Sunday and
Monday to be with friends or family.

change, but should be used as a guide to plan your arrival and departure

here. New for this reunion is that we will be having two Saturday
evening dances in ‘A’ and ‘F’ Gyms in order to appeal to different
musical tastes over 50 Years! Reunion ticket-holders will be able to
attend one or both dances and be able to move between them as desired.
The
Holiday Inn in Pointe Claire is the official hotel for the BHS 50th All
Year Reunion. A large block of rooms has been set aside for the BHS
Reunion. Be sure to book early to take advantage of our special rates
and to be sure to get a room. The reservation site will is available

Children are welcome to attend and we will have children’s activities on
Saturday as well as a Saturday Lunch BBQ. Tickets do NOT have to be
purchased for children, although if you are planning on attending the
Sunday Breakfast Buffet, you will need to purchase Sunday Breakfast
Buffet Tickets for any children or additional guests that would like to
have the buffet. Be sure to include any additional people when buying
tickets online or via mail-in.

Please
note that you will NOT be mailed your tickets. Keep your online PayPal
purchase receipt as your proof of purchase, and you will also be emailed
a confirmation of your purchase. Your tickets will be available for pick
up at the registration desk at BHS on Oct 10th and Oct 11th 2008 when
you arrive. If you are paying by mail, keep a record of your payment and
you will also receive a confirmation of your registration.
