We had a great time! On Friday, May 17 th , 2024, an opportunity presented itself to organize an evening at the school which, though NOT a reunion event (like those of the past), will mark the 65th anniversary of the BHS opening in the 1958-59 school year. Together with the BHS Home & School Association and the current school administration, we will co-host an evening with school tours, classroom gatherings of the decade groups, and a large-group reception in the A-Gym that will, in part, bid adieu to current Principal Rachel C. Wilson, who retires in June. We are hoping to have other attractions in A-Gym and nearby, and our organizing cadre will meet soon to organize more activities. No meals will be provided, but bar refreshments and snacks will be available. Right now, we are asking you to express interest in attending, and once the numbers are known we can respond with registration details, a cover charge (as low as possible) fee, and a more detailed 6 pm-11pm agenda. You may want to contact friends and classmates to link up, possibly arrange a meal beforehand, or afterward. Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP.
