The Alumni Association of Beaconsfield High School / l’Association des anciens et anciennes de l’École secondaire Beaconsfield is a not-for-profit legal person (personne morale) formed under Part III of the Companies Act (RSQ ch. C-38, section 218) holding letters patent under the registry/matricule # 1161465431.
Association membership is open to all former students and staff of Beaconsfield High School, 250 Beaurepaire Drive (formerly 84 Beaconsfield Court), Beaconsfield, Québec, CANADA.
Aims and Objectives:
- To promote, administer and develop the interests of the alumni through a variety of charitable and social activities.
- To pass on the values of the school community with emphasis on the enhancement of education, good character and citizenship.
- To provide entertainment and fun for all members.
- To provide an opportunity for all former students and staff to regularly reunite and socialize, regardless of their level of study, giving due consideration to their individual interests and abilities.

NOTE: The Executive Committee shall consist of the following officers elected in years ending with an odd number: President, Treasurer, Membership Registrar, Activity Coordinator and Staff Coordinator; and of the following officers elected in years ending with an even number: Vice-President, Secretary, Publicity Coordinator & Newsletter Editor, and Reunion Coordinator. As well, Principal Michelle Harper (or the Principal’s Representative) and Past-President Birket Foster are part of the Executive Committee and have all rights, privileges and obligations of other members of the Executive Committee but hold no voting privileges at meetings of the Executive Committee.
